AVS and CVV2
We use the Address Verification System (AVS). Your credit card billing address must match the statement address. If not, the transaction will be declined.
To use a credit card on our site, you must supply the Card Security Code (CVV2) code. For VISA and MasterCard, this is the last three printed digits in the signature strip on the back of the card. For American Express, the CVV2 code is the four digits on the right front of the card and slightly above the credit card number. Transactions without CVV2 codes will be declined.
Suspicious Orders
If an order is questionable and alerts our fraud detection systems, we will ask for a faxed copy of the front and back of the credit card. We reserve the right to decline any order. We report all fraud to the FBI and Interpol.

order will ship from our offices within 24 hours. If there is an unexpected
delay in shipping we will notify you via email.

When you place an order online you will receive an email confirming
that order. If there is an error in your email address, we WILL ship
your order, but we will be unable to email your order confirmation
to you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied
with the sterling silver jewelry that you purchased from us!
You may return or exchange your silver jewelry within
30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. The jewelry
must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
The returned jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration. No returns on custom made jewelry.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Please EMAIL
US us to let us know you are
returning the jewelry. Place all the original packaging in the return
box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice.
2. The jewelry should be mailed in a box, not an
envelope as the jewelry may be crushed in an envelope (see item 5).

3. Please ship to us using the US Postal Serivce as this is a P.O.
Box. You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using the postal
service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when your package was
delivered to us.
4. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. A credit
will be issued to your original method of payment within 9 business
days of receiving your returned sterling silver jewelry. You will
receive an email confirming your refund.
5. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In
case of damage, alteration or wear, a credit will not be issued. We
suggest shipping insurance as we will not replace or refund jewelry
lost or stolen in the mail while in delivery from you to us.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
We will be happy to exchange your jewelry purchase.
When your send your return jewelry back to us... please tell us on
a copy of the invoice what jewelry you would like for your exchange.
Be sure to include the jewelry item style name, gemstone-type and
the price. We will credit your account for the amount of the returned
jewelry, then charge you for the replacement silver jewelry and your
new jewelry will be on its way to your door.
If you would like your jewelry exchange faster - just order your
new jewelry online and also mail your return jewelry to us. Your new
jewelry will arrive in 2-3 business days, and, when we receive your
returned jewelry, we will credit your card for the amount of purchase.
