Millefiori Jewelry from Murano, Italy

Millefiori is a type of Murano glass that has been incorporated with various layers of colors to create beautiful flower-like patterns.

Millefiori, which literally means “a thousand flowers”, and is a complex procedure to make. Entirely hand crafted from long cylindrical glass rods blended into a specific pattern along its entire length. Then, the rod is cut into slices from one end and the unique pattern is revealed.

These exquisite millefiori earrings and pendants are handmade of authentic Murano glass by the master craftsman in Murano, Italy. This style of glass making has been done in Murano since the Middle Ages. All 925 sterling silver.
