You can order the charm with a chain, then add more charms using the bottom button. Choose your birthstone color or simply your favorite color! Perfect gift to a new Mom with her and her child's birthstone!

If you already have your own favorite sterling silver chain you want to use, just purchase the charm by itself! (make sure the end isn't too big to fit through the holes which measure appx 1/8" inside). Use the bottom button that says "Buy Charm Pendant - no chain" and we'll just send you the charm, without the snake chain.
